Return policy

Important: if the product meets the description but has a technical problem, please follow the steps described in the "Warranty conditions" tab. If you received a product that does not correspond to the description, or you received the wrong product, please contact the seller by email: aldacleanservi94@emag.bg or by phone. +40723280788.

If you have received a working product that matches the description, but wish to exercise your right to return it within (return period) days, please follow the steps below.

1. Send the following data to the email aldacleanservi94@emag.bg:

- Order number

- Date of receipt of the product

- Client's name

- Contact phone number

- Type and number of the payment document (cash note, invoice, courier receipt for postal money transfer)

- If you wish, you can indicate the reason for the return

2. After sending the data, a representative of  SC SUPERBEBESHOP ONLINE SRL will contact you.

4. After confirmation from the merchant, send the product to the address:

Useful information:

The user has rights, according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty. When purchasing from fashiondays.bg, this period is extended to 30 days. In this case, SC SUPERBEBESHOP ONLINE SRL will refund to the user the amounts paid by him no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the user exercised his right to refuse the stock, according to art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The user is obliged to store the goods received from SC SUPERBEBESHOP ONLINE SRL  , their quality and safety during the period according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased products, the mandatory condition is that they must be in an orderly commercial condition, without being used and without damage to the integrity of the packaging. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or returned.

In case of a factory defect, which is established after receiving the product, the client returns it at the merchant's expense and another product is sent as requested. In this case, the transport costs are at the expense ofSC SUPERBEBESHOP ONLINE SRL 

When returning the purchased stock at the client's request according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, transport costs are at the customer's expense.

If you find upon receipt of the goods that the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transportation, or there are any shortages, the claim and insurance will be considered only in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately and/or refuse to accept the stock. The advertisement is authenticated with a note in the courier's waybill. A protocol is drawn up, in which the ascertained condition of the package and package is described. If you accept the parcel at your own risk and do not present your claims to the courier, the claim may be considered invalid.
