Important: if the product meets the description but has a technical problem, please follow the steps described in the "Warranty conditions" section. If you have received a working product that corresponds to the description, but you wish to exercise your right to return it within 14 days, please follow the steps below.

1. Send the following data to the email  fashiondays_ro@emiroglio.com

• Order number

• Date of receipt of the product

• Client's name

• Contact phone

• Type and number of the payment document (cash note, invoice, courier receipt for postal money transfer)

• If you wish, you can indicate the reason for the return.

2. After sending the data, a representative of E.MIROGLIO EAD will contact you.

The user has rights, according to art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty. When buying from fashiondays.bg, this period is extended to 14 days. In this case, E.MIROGLIO EAD EAD will refund to the consumer the amounts paid by him no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the consumer exercised his right to refuse the stock, according to art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The user is obliged to store the goods received from E.MIROGLIO EAD EAD, their quality and safety during the period according to art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased products, the mandatory condition is that they are in good commercial condition, without use and with intact packaging. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return and cancellation.

If upon receipt of the product you find that the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transport, or parts are missing, the claim and insurance are considered only in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately and/or refuse to accept the stock. The advertisement is authenticated with a note on the courier's waybill. A protocol is drawn up, describing the ascertained condition of the package and the package. If you accept the parcel at your own risk and do not make any claims to the courier, the claim may be considered invalid.
