Return policy

Important: if the product meets the description but has a technical problem, please follow the steps described in the "Warranty conditions" tab. If you have received a working product that matches the description, but wish to exercise your right to return it within (return period) days, please follow the steps below.

1. Send the following data to the email modivospolkaak39@emag.bg:

- Order number

- Date of receipt of the product

- Client's name

- Contact phone number

- Type and number of the payment document (cash note, invoice, courier receipt for postal money transfer)

- If you wish, you can indicate the reason for the return

The user has rights, according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty. When purchasing from fashiondays.bg, this period is extended to 14 days. Warranty conditions

The products offered by MODIVO Spółka akcyjna , for which it is applicable, have a one-month warranty, according to Bulgarian legislation and the manufacturer's commercial policy.

Any product with a warranty period is sent to the client with a warranty card issued by MODIVO Spółka akcyjna or the original manufacturer's warranty card, which states:

• address and phone number of the authorized services
• warranty conditions of relevant service centers or manufacturers
• warranty period on the purchased stock
