    Important: if the product meets the description but has a technical problem, please follow the steps described in the "Warranty conditions" tab.     If you have received a working product that matches the description, but wish to exercise your right to return it within (return period) days, please follow the steps below.

    - Order number

    - Date of receipt of the product

    - Client's name

    - Type and number of the payment document (cash note, invoice, courier receipt for postal money transfer)

    - If you wish, you can indicate the reason for the return

    Useful information:

    The user has rights, according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty. When purchasing from fashiondays.bg, this period is extended to 14 days. In this case, ROSAGO Sp. z o. o. will refund to the consumer the sums paid by him no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the consumer exercised his right to refuse the stock, according to art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.

    The user is obliged to keep the receipts from ROSAGO Sp. z o. o. Sp. z o. o. stoki, their quality and safety. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased products, the mandatory condition is that they must be in good, commercial condition, without being used and without damage to the integrity of the packaging. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or returned.

    In case of a factory defect, which is established after receiving the product, the client returns it at the merchant's expense and another product is sent as requested. In this case, the transport costs are at the expense of ROSAGO Sp. z o. o 

    When returning the purchased stock at the client's request according to art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, transport costs are for the client's account.

    If you find upon receipt of the goods that the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transportation, or there are any shortages, the claim and insurance will be considered only in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately and/or refuse to accept the stock. The advertisement is authenticated with a note in the courier's waybill. A report is drawn up, in which the ascertained condition of the package and package is described. If you accept the parcel at your own risk and do not present your claims to the courier, the claim may be considered invalid.

    Warranty conditions

    The products offered by ROSAGO Sp. z o. o. , for which it is applicable, use a one-month warranty, according to Bulgarian legislation and the manufacturer's commercial policy.

    Any product with a warranty period is sent to the client with a warranty card issued by ROSAGO Sp. z o. o. or the original manufacturer's warranty card, which mentions:

    • address and phone number of the authorized services
    • warranty conditions of relevant service centers or manufacturers
    • warranty period on the purchased stock

    In case of damage to the product with the warranty card of ROSAGO Sp. z o. o. within the warranty period, the product is sent (or brought) to the office of ROSAGO Sp. z o . o. After removing the damage, the product is returned to the customer at the expense of ROSAGO Sp. z o . o. The return is made by courier.

    For products with a manufacturer's warranty card, the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer or authorized service centers are valid. Only products with original warranty cards with which the product was received are accepted in the service centers. In addition to the warranty card, a valid payment document is required for the warranty to be recognized.

    The client is obliged to keep all the documents and packaging accompanying the goods.
